Mulled Bourbon Cider for a Crowd
1 gallon fresh apple cider or unfiltered apple juice
5½ tsp cinnamon
2½ tsp ground ginger
2½ tsp ground nutmeg
3+ cups of your favorite bourbon
1. In large pot, heat cider, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
2. When hot, but not boiling, add bourbon.
3. Allow to sit for at least 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
4. Stir and divide into mugs. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, rosemary sprigs, and/or orange slices. If you want to
get extra fancy, dip rims in maple syrup, then brown sugar.
5. Enjoy hot or cold.
6. Repeat steps 4-5.
