October 20-21: Polar Opposites: Cole Porter and Irving Berlin, A Bravo Cabaret, Part I of III of the American Songbook Cycle. Mesa Experimental Theatre, $10 adults, $8 seniors $6 students
November 9-11: Our Town Robinson Theatre, $21 adults, $17 seniors, $8 students. First produced in 1939, Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer Prize-winning American Classic is his most renowned and most frequently performed play. Our Town represents all towns and reminds us of the universality and preciousness of daily life.
November 17-18: Fall Dance Concert. Robinson theatre, $15 adults, $10 seniors, $7 students.The fall concert will feature the work of guest African dancer Marilyn M. Sylla and drummer Sekou and will include live drumming. Come ready to be inspired by CMU’s talented and hard-working dance majors.
