The four-day experience encompasses walkable venues and the screening of over 100 films spanning the genres of narrative, documentary, outdoor adventure, children’s and short films. Additional programming at CBFF includes filmmaker talks, panel discussions, lively parties and engaging "Beyond the Screen" experiences. CBFF is a program of the Center for the Arts in Crested Butte.

Some not to miss films in 2019 include: "Peanut Butter Falcon," "Gay Chorus Deep South," "Toni Morrison: The Pieces I Am" and "Into the Grand" by Aspen-based filmmaker Pete McBride. Here is the full schedule of films for the 2019 festival taking place September 26-29 in Crested Butte, Colorado.

“We’re beyond excited for this year’s event and are truly in awe of the caliber of films and filmmakers that are a part of it,” says Jennifer Brody, CBFF’s director. “We can’t wait to share the festival with our amazing audience. It’s going to be a brilliant, powerful and unforgettable four days.”
